How joyea 9 got started
Back in 2018, online gaming in Bangladesh meant slow websites, instructions written in Hindi or English, and waiting days just to withdraw money. Cricket fans could watch matches and feel the excitement, but there was no easy, safe way to bet in their own language.
At that time, a group of young tech professionals and gaming experts came together with one idea — Bangladesh needed its own platform. One where you could transact in minutes via Mobile Pay or Nagad, access everything in Bangla, and speak to customer support in your own language. That's how it all began. joyea 9।
We started with just a few thousand users, but word spread quickly. From young people in Dhaka to entrepreneurs in Chittagong, students in Rajshahi to diaspora in Sylhet – everyone made joyea 9 their own. The reason was simple: it was their platform, in their language, with the payment methods they already knew.
Today joyea 9offers hundreds of options including cricket, football, casino, and live dealer games. Millions of users visit, play, and win on this platform every day. Yet we still ask ourselves each morning: how can we do better? That question is what keeps joyea 9 moving forward.

Why joyea 9 is built differently for Bangladesh
Many international platforms operate in Bangladesh, but they're built primarily for Indian or European markets. Payment friction, language barriers, and a lack of understanding of Bangladesh's cricket culture have kept those platforms from truly connecting with local users.
joyea 9 has put Bangladesh first from day one. Every Bangladesh national team match gets dedicated markets. BPL season comes with extra perks. And exclusive props betting on stars like Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman – you'll only find that on joyea 9.
Our tech team has built a dedicated low-bandwidth mode to keep the app running well even on slow mobile connections. Making sure users in rural areas can enjoy a smooth experience matters to us.
Special offers during Ramadan, bonuses on Eid, extra rewards during the World Cup — these don't happen by chance. It's because we understand the lifestyle and festivals of people in Bangladesh. joyea 9 can do that. We're not outsiders – we're one of you.
Joyea 9 believes in responsible gaming
Betting is a form of entertainment — not a solution to life's problems. joyea 9 always keeps this in mind. We want every member to play with enjoyment, not stress.
That's why we offer deposit limit controls. You can also self-exclude your account for a period if you choose. If any member feels that betting is becoming a problem, reach out to us — we're here to help.
